In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the kg992.io website, all associated subdomains, and any mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "Member" means any individual who has completed the kg992 registration process and holds an active account.
• "Account" means the personal online account held by a Member with kg992, through which the Member accesses the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the total of cleared funds held in a Member's kg992 Account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a Member on a sporting event, casino game, slot, crash game, fishing game, or any other product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Member's Account as part of a kg992 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple of the bonus amount that a Member must stake before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which is the reference time zone for all kg992 operations and promotional deadlines.

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to kg992 is strictly reserved for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration. kg992 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Jurisdiction

It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the kg992 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they operate. kg992 makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you are acting in compliance with all applicable laws in your location.

2.3 Registration Process

To register a kg992 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and hold only one kg992 Account. Members found to have registered multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, or device identifiers — will have all associated accounts suspended immediately. Any balances and bonus funds in those accounts will be forfeited. kg992 uses device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment data cross-referencing to detect duplicate registrations.

2.5 Account for Personal Use Only

Your kg992 Account is for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not allow any third party to use your Account, and you may not access or use any other Member's Account. Agents, syndicates, and any form of third-party account management are strictly prohibited.

3.1 Login Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kg992 login credentials. You must use a strong, unique password and must not share it with any third party. kg992 will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

kg992 may at any time request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with recent proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawals or full account suspension.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

kg992 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member's Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; abusive behaviour toward staff or other users; or failure to pass KYC verification. Members wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the original deposit method following identity verification.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. kg992 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to inactive accounts after the first 12-month period of inactivity. Members will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. Bonus Funds in inactive accounts will expire after 90 days of inactivity.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kg992 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change at kg992's discretion.

4.2 Currency

All transactions on kg992 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). kg992 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any transaction attempted in a currency other than BDT will be declined.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by kg992 within 24 hours of submission for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within minutes once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the same Account.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

kg992 will not accept deposits from, or issue withdrawals to, payment accounts belonging to a third party. The name on the payment account used must match the name registered on the kg992 Account. Any funds received from a third-party source will be returned and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

kg992 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Unusual transaction patterns, rapid cycling of funds, or structured deposits designed to evade reporting thresholds may trigger an enhanced due diligence review. kg992 reserves the right to delay, freeze, or reject any withdrawal pending the completion of such a review.

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on kg992 are subject to acceptance by kg992 at its sole discretion. kg992 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason, including in cases where a technical error, pricing error, or manifest odds error has occurred. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your Account Balance.

5.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Where an official result is unavailable or disputed, kg992 may defer settlement until the matter is resolved. In-play bets are settled on the result at the time the bet was confirmed, not on any subsequent replay, replay review, or official correction that occurs more than 48 hours after the event concludes.

5.3 Errors and Disputes

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must contact [email protected] within 72 hours of the settlement. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered. kg992's decision on all bet-settlement disputes is final, subject to any mandatory dispute-resolution process required by applicable law.

5.4 Maximum Payout

Single-event maximum payouts apply across all sports and markets. The maximum net payout per Member per day across all settled bets is ৳5,000,000 unless otherwise communicated in writing. Parlay and accumulator bets are subject to specific maximum payout limits as displayed in the relevant market at the time of placement.

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the kg992 Platform — including live dealer games, slots, crash games, and fishing games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live games, by physical dealing and spinning procedures conducted under studio supervision. kg992 does not influence game outcomes.

6.2 Interrupted Game Sessions

In the event of a disconnection or technical interruption during a casino game session, the game will resume from the last confirmed game state when connectivity is restored. If a session cannot be recovered, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the game provider's stated rules for interrupted sessions. kg992 accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity failures on the Member's side.

6.3 Game Availability

kg992 reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend any game or game provider from the Platform at any time without prior notice. Removal of a game does not entitle any Member to compensation for anticipated winnings from that game.

7.1 Promotional Eligibility

All promotions offered by kg992, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions (e.g., BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh promotions), are subject to the specific terms applicable to each offer. General eligibility requires that the Member holds a verified Account in good standing and has not previously claimed the same offer.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New Members may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit, subject to a minimum qualifying deposit and a wagering requirement as specified in the current promotion terms. Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only and may not be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated.

7.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be requested. Until the wagering requirement is met, only the real-money portion of a Member's Balance is available for withdrawal. Bets placed on certain games — including but not limited to live blackjack, baccarat side bets, and some crash games — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

kg992 does not permit bonus abuse in any form. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing opposing bets across accounts to hedge bonus wagers; using automated software to complete wagering requirements; and coordinating with other Members to systematically exploit promotional offers. kg992 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings where abuse is detected, and to suspend the involved accounts.

7.5 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds that have not been used or in respect of which wagering requirements have not been completed within the promotional period specified will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any conduct that constitutes corruption of a sporting event.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kg992 staff, support agents, or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's source code or underlying infrastructure.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to disguise your true location or to circumvent geo-restrictions imposed by kg992.

All content on the kg992 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of kg992 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The kg992 name, logo, and brand marks are proprietary trademarks of kg992.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit the reproduction, redistribution, modification, creation of derivative works from, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of kg992.

The kg992 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kg992 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

kg992 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: your use of or inability to use the Platform; any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account; any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform; any errors or omissions in the Platform's content; or any other matter relating to the Platform. This limitation applies regardless of whether kg992 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kg992 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a kg992 Account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy.

kg992 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios, and fraud prevention services solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

kg992 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, kg992 will notify registered Members by email to the address associated with their Account and/or by prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Any real-money balance in your Account at the time of closure will be returned via your registered payment method following identity verification.

These Terms and Conditions are drafted and published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation that may be made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all respects. All formal communications between kg992 and its Members, including dispute correspondence, KYC requests, and account notices, shall be conducted in English.
